The evil of internet
For all that life is simpler, easier to access information, and communicate due to the internet and wonders of email, it also hurts our relationships. The act of looking someone in the eye when speaking to them, judging tone of voice and mannerisms is lost electronically. It becomes a guessing game to decipher the intent behind each word or phrase. What a person really meant to say versus how it comes across written. Far too often we superimpose our own feelings and thoughts regarding the subject matter or person sending the text into the message, thus skewing the truth. Is it any wonder that so many people are forever angry these days...
