life update
Hey there I thought I would just update everyone on my life and how it is going. I can even put it in to one word, BUSY. I don’t really seem to have any down time but to tell you truthfully I would have it no other way. So here is my update.
Relationship. Going great, Derek and I are still together and going strong. We are both trying to take things slow so that we don’t screw things up. He makes me feel good about life and every thing that is going on. We have hit some hard times but we talk things out and it just makes me love him even more. We are getting closer to our one year and I could not be happier. We are getting along better than I ever thought possible. One thing that I think is better than anything else is we never fight. Not once in the entire time that we have been together have we ever fought. That to me is just amazing. So on this front things are great and I am happier then I ever have been.
Work. I am working with Flood insurance and I am loving it. I work for Travelers Flood and at a company called Covansys. It is very fast paced and I love the people that I work with and for. We all have a lot of fun while we are at work and in the end that is all that matters if you really think about it. I make excellent money and my hours aren’t bad by any means. Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm and all the overtime that I could ever want. So the job is great and so are the people.
Home. I am living in Lenexa KS with some friends in a huge house. The house is a 4 bed 3 bath 2 floors home. And it is just wonderful and so are the people that I live with. Julia and Tarah are so cool, they are almost like sisters to me. Tarah is going to move out soon since her and her boy got engaged and they are going to move in together. I am really going to miss having her there but I know that I can call her when I need to. Jules has a man and his name is Spencer. I am glad that she is leaving me too. I am really happy that I decided to move in to this house. My room is pretty cool I have the whole downstairs to my self. There is a living room and a half bath and then my room so it is nice. Right now we are looking for a new roommate since Tarah is leaving. I am hopping that we find someone soon.
Faire. Yes it is that season for the Renaissance Festival. I have been rehearsing for the Faire since about May so I have been really really busy but that is okay. This year I decided I was going to break free of Mother Pockets and the Soup Kitchen, (though I do miss them all very much,) and try something new. This year I am a Gypsy. I am in a stage show called Forbidden Gypsy and I perform with the group Troupe Festival. There have been times I want to pull my hair out but I am loving every min of it. We just got back from the Minnesota Faire and though it rained the whole time I did have fun and was kinda sad that we had to leave. I am so happy that we only have 2 weeks till our faire. I wish that it would start sooner and last longer but I will have to live with what I have. The sage show has 6 people and they are Nadia, Cosmina, Illiana, Ivan, Ceazar, and me Lyanka. We all have a lot of fun. I hope that you all get to come out and see the faire.
As you can see I have been busy but I thought I would stop and take the time to let you all know how I was doing I know that there is more that I have forgotten but I think this is good for now. I do miss a lot of you and I hope that I see you all soon. Love you much and hopefully often, hehehehe.
