1. I'm the mother of a type 1 diabetic.
2. I'm very social but actually don't like most people.
3. My favorite color is purple, although I actually own very few purple clothes.
4. I'm a moderator at mothering.com.
5. I homeschool my kids. I was fully committed to public school and spent 3.5 years volunteering to improve our local schools beating my head against a brick wall before deciding I could just do it better myself.
6. I believe there is a reason monogamy and monotony sound so alike. I'm not really interested in either one.
7. And yet, I am head over heels in love with my husband. He is my best friend and, IMNSHO, one of the best human beings ever to walk this earth.
8. My crafty hobbies include knitting & crocheting, scrapbooking and rubberstamping. Yep, I'm a craft!dork.
9. I also play World of Warcraft.
10. I enjoy being a girl. And a slut.
11. My right breast is currently producing colostrum. I have no idea why. I have not breastfed in 6 years. I should go to a doctor. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

14. I hate talking on the phone. Please im me or ask me out for drinks/coffee if you want to chat.
