You know, no matter how low or useless you can feel, learning new things will always pick you up.
Right now I am learning how to brew spiced milk chai. It's not from scratch, but at least I'm learning how the cafes make it. When I get what I am looking for, I can always capture a little sense of pride. A fine cup of tea, and taking pride in the little things.
