Mikey outta town
Mike went to the 'rents for a weekend of clean up and clean out-specifically, their basement.
I'm here with the pups, ending one of the most "like-me" weeks I've had since I can remember. Nelson even commented on how genuinely good I seemed when we grabbed lunch yesterday. I don't know what's changed, but I'm revelling in it.
This weekend I'm chilling with the pups, then doing MB w/Steph tomorrow. We are going out for a bit (I think) to help Nate celebrate his 21st, since my plans with the rents' got pushed back a bit, but we're still starting at like 10am Sunday.
We're going to visit my aunt's father, who has lung cancer, congestive heart failure, etc. Then lunch then Colts game.
I think my mood may actually be better because it's autumn? Go figure that one out. Anywho, I'm going to get back to laundry & dishes. Still haven't found a good weekend getaway for Mom and I for next weekend, but I'll keep searching.
