[Simon doesn't hear him at first, focused rather intently on finishing Kamina's new statue. He wants it to be better this time- as if sculpting him out of rock would bring him back somehow.]

[Digging, digging, digging... sort of, anyway. He chips away quietly at Kamina's glasses with his drill before finally realizing he's being watched, glancing behind himself with wide eyes.] Huh...?
