I feel discontent today.  Maybe it's because I didn't do my exercises?

Seriously, I am up to 15 miles a day on the bike, 2 sets of push ups/ (30 each set) 2 sets of "dips" and 3 sets of sit ups.. Plus all the weights.

I've lost 12 pounds. Considering I am toning at the same time, I am very perky about the weight loss.

so.. Maybe that is it.
