When I was first given a copy of Broadcast's album The Future Crayon, I was told it was better than album Tender Buttons. I love Tender Buttons and couldn't imagine anything being better, and since The Future Crayon did not sound exactly like Tender Buttons I immediately wrote it off and inferior.
Its been some time since that and I have listened to Future Crayon many many times, and I can finally say I appreciate and even enjoy listening to it more now. Its a bit more psychedelic, there for not as easy to listen to, but when I do the songs have much more depth than the catchy ones of Tender Buttons
