One full year
This last year has been... interesting. Very, very interesting.
Last June, my bicycle stopped and I didn't. My knee got ripped open, and I spent five hours in the ER. lt took a few months for it to heal propperly, and I still have (and will always have) a wicked scar that hurts in the cold and gets all itchy. Getting my knee ripped open made it impossible for me to go to karate, and also allerted me to the fact that I HATE PAINPILLS.
In July, I sprained my ankle. It still hasn't fully healed. This also made it impossible to go to Karate.
Mid July, I got a pair of kittens. They are so durn cute! They are still so durn cute.
End of July, Satori, I met Rob. That was an interesting exparament into dating. Especially as he's gay. As he's actually gay, we are now great friends.
September, I started fencing, and then started college. lots and lots of fun all around.
October I turned 18. Not much different from 17.
December, I went to see Rob and then Zoie. Had an absolute blast all the way around.
January, I stayed with Auntie Pete while the parents were out of town.
February, my grandfather died and my dad came home.
the rest of the year have been more of a blur than anything else, interspersed with getting accepted to the Oregon Contry Fair and remodling my bedroom.
January roles around again, and I still haven't been back to karate, but I have gotten at least mediocre at fencing. I've found that I can get rather good grades with a little effort, and made plemty of friends that I never would have thought that I would.
I think I'll let you go now.
