old enough to forget
michael... you were right... i didn't post for almost another month...
so another birthday has come and gone & i must thank those that took the time to make it memorable.
but not hangover free that's for sure.
why is it that i still think i'm 19 and i can go out and drink 5 vodka-tonics with no repercussions? but i kept it together unlike my dear friend john who was throwing up outside of turks before the end of the evening. to courtney, jen, jess, adam, john, janay, valerie, natalie, & marcus... thank you for bringing endless smiles to my face and warmth to my little black heart.
oh! and the presents! the presents were brilliant!
gorgeous new marc jacobs skirt, the osbournes first season on dvd(shh don't hate), young people record(thank you nat), tickets to see paul weller(he was lovely!), tickets to see black box recorder(i can't wait...), candles, wine, & my newly beloved disneyland pass.
so i'll be expecting all my friends to attend at least a few times with us... and someone! someone to go to the blue bayou with me since there is not a bit of vegan food on the menu for marcus to eat.
so onto other things... like complaints perhaps...
our employer gave us all one days notice that our new hours are 8am-10pm. thus i have to wake at 7 am on monday and wednesday & 6:30am on tuesday. and if you know me well you know very well that i am not about to wake at 6:30 for anyone and it doesn't matter how much you pay me. and i'm not about to work from 8-4 with only one fucking break at almost 2pm. i'm so very disgruntled about this situation but i can't afford to quit my job unless i find another that pays as much otherwise i can't afford my rent, car insurance, medical bills, & car repairs.
