Your dad sounds like me! OMG! I have felt so old and decrepit this winter. I cannot wait for spring, but I actually read in long-term weather forecasts, that we get no spring this year. They are predicting straight from winter into a heat wave! Oh, no!
Laura is claiming her seasonal affective disorder is reaching a never before reached level! Poor babies! I don't mind moderate winter weather, but this year has been absurd.

My dad in law is one year shy from becoming 70 and has all the not so great health issues, he's struggling with it, tires very soon these days. It is hard to watch such a man who is always busy with something, full of energy now worrying about exams and what more. To me he's the only dad I have left now and it is reminding me too much that at a certain point we will be the eldest generation. I am very grateful for time having been gentle to him the past years. Thusly my daughter and I decided to bring some extra birthday stuff to his birthday to cheer him up like a silly singing hat. :)
And more snow????? Well at least Bobby could snowboard, finally. Looks like your seasons might shift a bit like we had last year (a very long and cold winter well into late April..)
