AMC is well worth the reading time and effort and knowledge of the Silm is not really necessary to enjoy the family picture that you so ably painted in your words.

I adore butterflies - sometimes I am SUCH a girly-girl (sigh). But I find them beautiful and fascinating and encourage them to flit around me whenever I am lucky enough to encounter them. You're very fortunate to have the swallowtails. Around here we mostly get Monarchs which are lovely but I love the multitude of colors on Swallowtails.

Your impending classes sound really interesting. I'll be buried in too much work to look at taking another class until 2013, but these would be of immense interest to me.

I'm so pleased that you got away for a bit of time. Both you and Bobby are young and probably have a ton more energy than my old bones do, but it is all too easy to burn yourself out at your age. I'm delighted that you are shifting your priorities a bit because that is probably much needed.

Any writing that you plan to do will be so welcomed by those of us who treasure your tale-telling abilities. You always have a unique and clear viewpoint that just sings.
