Been aggressively working out lately.
And by working out I mean using the good weather to (instead of going to a workout club) going down the hill to the riverside bike/run/walk trail and running/walking a 5K six out of seven days a week (Sunday off usually) and halfway out before coming back is an outdoor shaded workout park, all these machines that use your own body weight against you.
Is 'against' the right word? LOL
My only challenge is I feel like nothing much is changing/improving when I look in the mirror, but Rob tells me yes things are. I'm not sure but trying to be positive and keep pushing forward.
Only other curiosity is I've realized that this past month-and-a-half of doing this exercise is honestly the first time I've done consistent working-out outside (as opposed to indoors) since probably ye'olden days of junior-high/high-school P.E. days...weird.
When it's hot/humid out, should I really notice such a change in my ability to run as far as I was before? Phew...feel like I tire out faster when it's hotter out.
