Okay, so have now been attempting the meditating thing at least in the early mornings and in all honesty. It's okay, I'm surprised how long twenty minutes can really last. In an odd way it does calm, makes a good start before the new morning workout (more on that later), and-I'm not sure it is supposed to do this, but-it makes my eyes cleanse the morning 'rust' out.
Am I getting in touch with my hippie-side? I'm not sure.
