i'll post in you tonight, livejournal!
i think the internet will eventually destroy us all, but could also be our salvation. where else will i learn skills like how to skin a deer or can home-grown tomatoes? the general populace no longer knows these skills! what would become of society if all of a sudden, all electronics ceased functioning? i bet the population of the earth would drastically reduce within one year. DRASTICALLY reduce.
ideas like this make me want to learn how to make a bow and some arrows. they make me want to live among the amish for a time, just to learn.
how can i help my friends if i can't help myself?
