WIFI IN ASIA ROCKS!!
(Ok somehow this didn't go out at the airport -days ago - and I just noticed. I found a place called FREENet in BKK, now that I am back. It isn't free but it is cheap.)
I'm in the new BKK Airport on my way to Cambodia and Siam Reap. Wifi is abundant here, which is great.
I almost didn't bring my laptop, but it has made this short trip so much easier.
We're doing a bit of a whirl wind trip to Angkor Wat, so I can be back in BKK for more dental work.
I needed a bit more than I hoped. 2 root canals in addition to the 4 crowns and implant.
I have a titanium screw in my head now. They decided not to attach a tooth/crown to it, so I have a small protruding post for now. In the long run it is better as it will heal stronger and last longer. I'll either come back in the summer or get a crown/abutment in the US.
I've spent more time in the dentist chair than I wanted, but they are really gentle and LOAD me up with lidocane so it doesn't hurt. When it does they just give me tons more. Post surgery has been pretty easy. Today I am the sorest, but I'll live.
