Hey all,
i know i know, it has been a while, but doens't absence make the heart grow fonder?!
Yep from montreal ( which was a very cool place) i cought the bus up to quebec city for a few days, now id like you to imagine walking down the streets of paris, and yet there only being all the old, little quaint shops and restaurants with narow streets and no buisness's or the like. the perfect place for a date, one might say. It was a cool place.
hired a bike one of the days and went round the city and also down to the 'chute montmorency' (or montmorenecy waterfalls in english) yay for my home town! that was cool and strolled round the woods tenchu style.....lol damo imagine the two fingers. there was also this patform that went almost right under the waterfalls, to which i got fully soaked standing under fully clothed to apreciate back on the ride home. i tell you what it was windy that day, had to really struggle to ride there but on the way back it was home free.
i had met a girl named sarah in monreal and she'd come up to quebec with us but had to be off to torronto the next day. but it was good to have a change of company for a while. Im in halifax at the moment, Nova-scotia. it was about a 22 hour train trip which worked out well with laounge carts and me using my wit and charm to snanzle free tea from the girls in the service carts, well thats what i like to think. I got plenty of sleep on the train so i was awake enough to fully appreciate the rain when i got to halifax, to which it has been raining for the past few days limiting what one can do. im going on a tour for the next 2 days aroudn the place called the salty bear tour, including rafting , canooing and bushwalks , hiking, all that kind of stuff, we'll be staying in an old barn house, shoud prove intersting. After that i might go back to quebec for half a day, then down to montreal to catch the bus to new york, ok ok, im going, from there ill go to buffalo and then back up to torronto. Ill try and catch the relies for a day or so then head back west to complete the trip to British colubia and vancoover and victoria island and such. then back trhough the rockies to clagary - hawaii - new zealand- home on the 12th of july...
so there you go, ill im trying to keep you informed, but now... i most go... off into the wildeness....
