Actually, it's mostly due to lack of having reason to go there.
And Faber-san, how is it that you've somehow never set foot in Texas? I don't exactly TRY to do so, but it's kind of big and difficult to avoid at times....
Also, DC is NOT a state, so it really shouldn't be in a "which states have I visited" meme. I'll get off of my soap-box now....
