Isn't the human body amazing? You almost certainly picked up the sinus infection stuff while you were here, but since you were 'GO GO GO' your immune system was in hyper-drive... so you only were 'allowed' to get sick once you got back from your vacation and allowed your body to rest - and, subsequently, succumb to the infection.

Did Kyle tell you the adventures of January, Kelley, and the patient first 'doctors'? We use this term lightly when describing 1 out of the 3 doctors I saw on three different visits. No - unfortunately I'm not kidding. I'll explain more if you care to hear :o)
