a blast from the past
it is always surprising to me (and probably most people) when someone you haven't heard from in over 20 years pops up out of the blue.
i got a notice at classmates.com from my pal Eric from my days at Potomac State College back in the day. he was arguably my best friend out there, since he was the most sensible person i had to hang out with. i'd talked to him once since 1984, and maybe got a letter from him once. i mean, people really do have lives and such. so this was a very pleasant surprise now.
at least he doesn't live in WV any more! maybe i'll see him again some day. i mean, who wouldn't want to visit paradise out here on the West Coast?
i did tell him about my current life- Daci, kung fu, writing, monsters, Godzilla and the like. oh yeah, and being a massage therapist.
