(no subject)
Kelson comes back tonight. I get to leave immediately from work to go pick him up. I am sooooooo happy and excited that I get my little man back! FINALLY! :) This month long visit thing isn't going to work for me. Anyway, he'll be turning 4 a week from tomorrow, but we're having a small birthday party for him at Chuck E Cheeses this weekend. He'll be gone the weekend after his birthday to his father's.. so I have to do it now. It'll be fun.
So much has happened. My brother, Kalon, went to prison yesterday for all of his legal problems with his "step" son. He'll be gone for a year. Hopefully out sooner, but who knows. I think they said something about April. It's depressing. Kalon's an ass, but he doesn't deserve to go to prison. He'll be going to Big Mac for at least a month - then from there, I don't know yet. That'll make him a so much better person. *coughbullshitcough*
My mother is going nuts. She's devastated on top of being sick. Yay for stress on her, especially when she doesn't need it.
Bleh. Life is grand. Oh well. Things happen for a reason, you learn from it then die.
Now that my depressing news has been insterted in between happy thoughts, I'll continue the happy thoughts. :)
I finally got to go out this past weekend with my friend Anne. We just went and had a couple of beers at a nearby bar.. they played 80's butt rock, which excited me to no end. I was singing all of the lyrics and making Anne laugh. It was very fun. She kept bitching because I got hit on.. umm.. I had to point out to her that she was up at least one pick up line than I was. I had half a guy hit on me.. when I told him no, he turned his head to her. So that's his other half. AND she got at least two other guys hitting on her. Blah! She's cute, she needs to realize. Anyway.. she wins. She got hit on most. Heh. Not that I really care. It's just nice to get attention, I guess. :)
