Hello, hello.
I believe it's time for an update.
I'm still working at SouthCrest Hospital, in Registration. That's going well, if we could actually keep people in our department. However, that would require proper training and the desire to do the job. There are three people coming in today to do their new hire screening, so that's always a plus. I believe that they're going to frontline. I hope not, because we need intelligent people working in the ER, but whatever gets us employees in this department. If you're looking for a job, come to Southcrest and fill out an app for the Registration department! I can't guarantee you'll adore everyone you work with, but it's definate hours, even if you don't want them!

Anyway, other than chaos at work, everything is great. Jeremiah gets his apartment this weekend, so he won't be staying with me any more. I'll miss him, oddly enough, when he's not there. I hope he'll come over often, and bother me. I've grown attatched. :/ Ok, so maybe it's not all bad to miss your significant other. I don't feel totally weird about it. I do feel a little odd, though. I know it'll make things easier when he gets his own place, but who else is going to steal blankets, leave their dishes lying about, and use a towel once before they get another? *Sigh* I'm being weird. Things will be fine. It's what we both need for now. We're still together, not splitting up, he's just movin out. And he's not even moving that far away, just the next building over.

I certainly wish that people who come thru the ER actually had REAL emergencies. Broken limbs, heart attacks, stab wounds, gunshot wounds, difficulty breathing - now those are emergencies. Repeat migraines, sprained ankles, sore throats, and looking ill aren't emergencies. Bleh. But we <3 our people! We can't stand to turn anyone away! Oh wait.. we can't turn anyone away. That's right. :/

Kelson is fantastic. I've finally gotten new pictures of him. He's getting so big. He goes to see his father this weekend for Easter. He's in desperate need of a haircut. The poor child looks like a hobbit without the hairy feet. (thank the gods for that!)

Well, I'm going to get back to work. *ugh* I hope everyone is doing well, and I hope to get ahold of everyone soon.
