I think there was a situation where Germany and France refused to give up evidence about Moussaoui if it would lead to his execution.

yeah i didnt do a lot of reading about it.
i still dont see how they can have some one like mumia abu jamal on death row, and not put the one man who had somethign to do with the destruction of all things American to death as well.

Yeah, it really doesn't make a lot of sense. I'm glad he's not getting the death penalty, though, because it's dumb. I would much rather see Mumia go free than Moussaoui, though, because if I'm not mistaken there's like a lot of evidence that Mumia didn't commit any crime.

Seeing that he was one of the founders of the Crips, though, I wouldn't doubt that he's capped some people before. I don't know much about the particular crime he was tried for.

He was tried for Robbing a convenient store, killing the owner, his wife, and his daughters I believe, it talked about it on Penn and Teller.
