My house is a wreck
When I got home from work yesterday Craig was sitting outside with a tumbler of whiskey. If you thought yesterday was depressing . . . .. Our new kitchen units had been delivered. So - the dining room is full of everything that was in the old kitchen. The original kitchen which was empty yesterday is full of massive boxes. Our sitting room is full of massive boxes. We have managed to make a passageway through to the bathroom where we are having to wash the dishes in our beautiful new basin. The good news is that the new boiler is now working so we don't have to do the dangerous journey from the front hall to the bathroom with kettles of boiling water. The even better news is that Sam and Andy have invited us for dinner tonight.
