On Tuesday I cooked Christmas dinner for 11 people and it was quite amazing, I suprised myself with just what an amazing cook I am. Kat made Brocilli and Stilton soup, and Lucy made an egg mayonaise started which were both quite nice. The fish course salad with grilled salmon in a lemon and dill sauce, which was so good. Finally the main course where I had made boilled ham, pork (which i did in a dr pepper, maramalade and ginger marinade), roast chicken (i put my hand up a chickems bum.), mashed and danish potatoe,steamed veg and yorkshire puddings, with shit loads of gravy. Go me. Of course i got really drunk and dont remember dessert but i am sure it was fine. Got up yesterday and my flat was a tip, plus i was still drunk so decided to go straight to the pub with bert and have not done so much as clean a cup. Now i am finishing up an essay on feminism and thats me finished uni, now just need to revise for exams, oh goody.
