A Good Ol' Fashioned Update

Last night, I enjoyed a night away from the computer and extensive research. And I certainly used that time wisely, re-watching the entire first series of COUPLING, which for all of you DR. WHO fans was created by Steve 'Girl In The Fireplace' Moffat.

Right now, I am cleverly avoiding writing test questions for the next NYPD police exam. The last time I wrote test question, I inserted the Fantastic Four and Captain America cleverly into the text, this time, I might go for something a little more obscure or something a little more obvious (Maybe I can have Officer Mal Reynolds and Officer Jayne Cobb get into some trouble?)

Tonight, I'll be gathering up my materials for tomorrow's BIG EVENT: 24-HOUR COMIC DAY!

In middle of New Jersey, while other cartoonists frantically write and draw a 22-page comic in the span of 24 hours, I will be writing an entire 22-page comic script from start to finish. If I have time and can find a wi-fi connection, I may blog 'live' from the event, but more than likely I will just be typing till my fingers start to bleed a little bit. It will be a fun little experiment.

Sunday afternoon, if I haven't fallen asleep on my kitchen floor, I will more than likely be writing for a freelance project that I was offered on Monday.

At some point, I should also buy some groceries.
