no-man is a house
had another dream last night about a new ((house)), like the third such dream this week. this is strange for be cuz i usually only rememeber one dream every month or three, if i'm lucky.
the ((house)) in the dream is very nice (i'd live there in real life), and i live there alone, but it's more expensive than i can afford. so far in the dreams, i've moved most of my stuff into the ((house)), from santa rosa and even i think from davis (didn't know i still had 'stuff' in davis!). oh, and in the first dream, which was the first night i spent in the ((house)), all the neighbors came over to watch some kind of kung-fu movie.
so typically ((house)) = self , sure. but of more import (at least to me), i've been re-reading bits and pieces of "((House)) of Leaves," the Mark Danielewski book. Aside from being probably the most interesting book I've ever read, it's also a book about a ((house)). A ((house) that's bigger on the inside than on the outside.... much bigger.
Psychospiritual-astral pratfalls abound.
I like the ((house)) . I'd like to move there, I think.
