It was 20 degrees when we woke up this morning. Everything was coated with frost and looked beautiful. Now it's approaching 60 and feels like early spring. Winter in Tennessee; gotta love it.
But the relevant date point: it's sunny, and was clear as a bell at dawn. According to the official General Beau Lee, Groundhog Day web site (yes, such a thing really exists right
here) Georgia's groundhog didn't see his shadow this morning. That said, every groundhog in Tennessee did (them Georgia groundhogs ain't the brightest bulbs on Broadway, if you catch my meanin'). I'm thinking six more weeks of winter.
