OMG enrollment....
Ok today i enrolled into my event management course.....
to start with its 2 courses in one, hospitality/event management.
i got there and sarted filling out forms in a room full of "girly girls" or "pritty/trendy girls" what ever u call them.
went and paidmy moneys and be proccesed through the computer and found out our picture had to be taken for our id's..... SOME WARNING WOULD OF BEEN NICE!!!! i look like shit, i have had a really bad hair day, have a massive pimple and im sick..... so i look so bad....
we then go up to a information session to find out the 1st 2 weeks is full on hands on learning so that we are qulified and have all our certificates to be able to work some MAJOR events soon. Through the course we have been placed on one of the states bigest and well know caters books, they handle the GRAND PIX, avalon air show, some big walkathon thing... and the spring racing week. And they are all paid work placements.... and not doddgie pay like 13 bucks at 18 and goes up to 16 at 19yrs old... and its like all day for like 4 or so days.... plus it goes on ur cv.... its quite a good course no unis do this sorta stuff till 3 yr even if that.... and your on the caters books for futher works.....
in the 1st 2 weeks i will of gained my RSA and food handling and safty qulifications.
The FIRST DAY!!!!!!! we have to be in uniform and working in the restrunt ..... ON THE FIRST DAY!!!! im shitting my self. i like spoke 3 words to one girl. they all seem bitch and "trendy" ppl except the gilr i talked to and her friend they seemd more like my ppl (my ppl . hahahah me funny) and this girl i was sitting next to in the info session seemd nice. a fair few ppl know other ppl in three.. *tear* and theres hardly n e BOYS!!! *tear* there is a few in the hospitality group though. one the woman in the info session when taking our pic for the id for the grand pix took my name and goes..."ur brothers in teh hospitaity group." was like nooo we just have the same last name (uncommon......one too..well the spelling n e way) but he is the one fromthe paper.... lol. maybee *hopefully* he is nice and stuff.....lol........
so scared to start next week. have to wear a uniform the frst day in the restrunt.. *whihc is opend for the public by the way* then when my normal time table starts i have till 9pm sessions, whihc menas i gotta get bak into the city (prob about 945ish) and home . i wont get home till like 11.....*cries** and then the next day i think i have an early start. might stay at my bros house thoughs days.....lol....
ahhhhhhh and BLOODY WENSEDAYS(sp) i was hopeing i wouldnt have late classes so that on the 16th me and val could go line up for gc early. but noooo i dont finish till 5.30 whihc means wont get to the city till like 6is 6.30ish.. and gotta get cahnged (depending if i have prac that day or what)

oh well enough bitchen from me i gotta fill out billions of forms for employment for grand pix and spotless and the bloody centerlink page isnt working so i have to report in to them today to. ahhhhhhh
