(no subject)
I woke up this morning with the *BBCeeeee Radio twoooo* jingle in my head. Random random.
Right so update time. Virgin is going really really well. I've settled in really nicely, I'm really confident on the till and computer system and stuff (it's a lot more complicated than video box.) I guess I've shown some aptitude because the DVD Specialist (basically the walking encyclopedia for DVDs just slightly less senior than the manager of the section) has taken me under her wing and has been showing me the ropes and stuff. Now it's got to the stage where people are coming to me for help! It's great! :D I love it there, all the managers know me and the DVD manager told me I was doing reallllyyy well and that Emilia (girl showing me stuff) keeps on saying how great I am (!)
So work is awesome :)
It was Marcethy's birthday the other day, we went to the pit the night before and I headbanged for like a whole song, and my neck still hurts a bit. Rock. And snakebite's are for too cheap dammit. That was a fun night but I had to leave early for the last bus (taxi's are expensive yo) and I had an early start at work the next day. We met up again on wednesday night with Cheesey and a guy called Dave who I've met a few times before. He's really funny, he has a great lisp ^_^
I bought Marc Zim toys!
And yes.
Last night I went out with Sooz and Pete, Adam and some other people. A ridiculously large burger was consumed. Adam started feeling up Sooz ahah. Sooz hit me on the head with a spoon. Fun was had by all.
mm I had a lie in today, mmmmm. mmm.
