venting because I am a WEAKLING
I feel like an absolute wimp, it has been over a month since my accident, and I couldn't even carry a 40 lbs bag of water softener salt inside with my good arm.
It is really frustrating, and upsetting, not only can I not do anything except sit and gain weight, I can't lift anything, the worst part is that it hurt when I tried to get the 2 pizza boxes from the delivery man, that is no more than 2 lbs.
