he best get a new one in their immediately, just get the old one out, and if not try his HDD on another comp. if nothing starts could be his mobo too, hope everything is ok.

Oh yeah, he ripped the whore out and put the old one back in. The floppy is in question but they cost like 10 bucks now so who cares. The rest of it is fine.
