I have used Amazon in the past for books and CD's but I have usually bought from other companies that use their platform. Only occasionally have I bought from Amazon direct. So if Amazon is boycotted per se then you could hurting other companies that use the marketplace side of the company. The motto is to check from whom you are buying from when you are on their site.
I did use them recently to get a Johnny Trunk sampler called “Refined Lard”, a 30 track excursion into jazzy moods,lounge songs and certain oddities.
Meanwhile, I am having quite a very good period on Play Trade, with over 14 items sold in the last week or so, I will probably sue the funds accused to buy some more books or CD's or some DVD's I have been eyeing up.
Picked up another cheap book from Faversham and one in Canterbury, specifically the following two books -
Sebastian Faulks “Engleby” (Vintage)
John Gray “Gray's Anatomy” (Penguin)
Currently reading “Swimming Home” by Deborah Levy (Faber), a short novella that was short-listed for this year's Man Booker prize.
