Friday Frazzled
It has been another sunny day. Hope it stays sunny tomorrow for our Transport Festival. I am looking forward to a ride on one of these old buses from the past.
Today was slightly marred by the fact I was in my local branch of Nationwide and drew out twenty quid for the weekend. Or do I thought. It usually goes straight into my wallet from the ATM. I get to the Fleurs Bookshop to peruse around. I sit down in one of their chairs and get out my wallet from the bag. No twenty pounds!
I soon hop it back to Nationwide and they will investigate. Perhaps I forgot to take my money after taking out the card from the machine.
Or that somehow somebody took it out from my wallet without me noticing. Or worse, it fell out from my wallet 😭 but surely I would have known.
Either way, it will take up to seven days for the investigation to favour my loss or not.
Just typical, when you are normally wary of such things
