Saturday Situation
The weather is once again being obdurate. There was some sunshine, but it has been outwitted by the dark overcast skies and the occasional yet steady downpour.
It is the Women's Football World Cup so we watched the Lionesses manage a slim win, 1-0, against Haiti. We are now watching Denmark against China and it has been a boring goalless draw so far.
We had a snack of sliced cuts of beef in a roll with a sausage roll as a side. Dinner will be around six.
