I am not sure what they are, but I call them wild violets. Little purple flowers, perhaps they are weeds, I don't know. The trees and bushes are starting to leaf out. :) Hugs, Jon
yes and yes, but so badly it probably shouldn't be considered playing on the latter. my brain is not wired to think that many moves ahead. 😅
not really. things didn't really change much for me. just had to work with a higher volume of stressed out people. 😒
we start blooming in January, being subtropic and all, but right this second...roses, amaryllis, some kind of wild tree that might be in the mulberry family, and another small tree/shrub type thing with medium sized white flowers with a golden center. one of my spring bulbs rebloomed with small purple flowers...can't remember what it was called, but it was something i recognized, and, of course there are several wildflowers, like dandylions and spiderworts. the azaleas, tulip tree, and wisteria are finishing up. The Carolina jasmine should bloom in a couple of weeks, and you will be able to smell them a block away. oh, and there are still some blooms on my mandarin tree.
1) Dominoes yes, Go no. 2) I have a stash of masks in my glove compartment, and 1-2 of them usually hanging off my turn signal bar when I drive. Just in case I sneeze and need to make a quick switch. Also, the guys at work have substituted hugging and handshakes for elbow bumps. It's really taken off - they may even do it post-pandemic. 3) Cherry and apple blossoms everywhere, bright orange California poppies, yellow clover blooms...actually, quite a lot blooming now. It's gorgeous to see, though my allergies are feeling it.
