Lunch Club Day
Phil picked me up at 9.30 this morning.The reason for being earlier today was due to a charity shop visit i had in Brighton.
We arrived in the city at 11 am and i popped into the chazzer , gave them my donation and then purchased a CD set of bluesman Jimmy Reed and DVD set of Breaking Bad Season One.

We parked the van at the usual location in the station car park.
As we were still a bit early for the Evening Star to open up we headed off to the Grand Central for a beer,as this was mentioned in the Radio 4 Food Programme yesterday about women and beer.
We had a half of Black Cab Stout there.

After a couple of beers there we walked down to Bella Italia for lunch.My brother had his usual pepperoni pizza ,i tried the Marco Polo pasta , Phil tired a new pasta dish as well,and Lesley had something else. John Barnham joined us this time and he had the crab cakes.

We finished off three bottles or red wine and had a dessert. Then finished with an Americano coffee.
It was a great lunch as always. Think i slept most of the way on the journey home whilst Phil did the driving.
