Dell you suck
Every ten minutes (for the last three months) Dell has popped up a Dell Support Center alert box about something to do with my computer. I choose View Details. Instead of giving me details, it pops up a dialogue demanding I engage in a legal agreement with Dell. How can I engage in a legal agreement about something I know nothing about??? Am I agreeing to a fee? Access to my computer? Release of personal details? Who knows?
I go looking in my program list for it. Hey lookie here: About Dell Support Center. That will tell me about it, right? Guess what:

I try in vain to ask Dell about it. Their Community Service labyrinth is a horror.
