Southwind emerges from a long winter into the warm spring with a bright new bottom coat and a smart-lookin' waterline stripe.
I could not have done it without them crazy dudes in Uxbridge, so they are treated to Southwind's first sail of the season in Lake Scugog (also her and first sail in "foreign" waters).
Lake Scugog, by the way, is a bit shallow (90% of it is less than ten feet deep), and, it would seem, a bit weedy.
That mass of weed caught in her keel is about as big and as heavy as a person.
