Bad news: My Diabetes is acting up. My bgs are going somewhat out of control. Time for denial is over.
Good news: I appear to be slowly losing weight - 181. Miraculously, I'm down 2-3 pounds from before Christmas, and lower than I've been since the rebound from my huge weight drop several years ago.
