No, Not Like The City In Idaho.

The baby finally came.

Rigby Alexander was born on August 4th at 8:36am.  Everyone in the delivery room was surprised by his size (9lbs 13oz), including the doctor.  His umbilical cord was also of massive proportions (about the size of a garden hose) and as the doctor was trying to cut it, the baby slipped out of his hands, but was not dropped due to a swift recovery on the doctor's part.  It was like watching football... kind of...

My mom and Adam's mom were here to help for a pretty substantial amount of time.  It was nice to have someone here to watch the baby as I still had 2 tests to take to finish out stats.  And I am done with stats forever now.

Overall, Rigby is a pretty good baby who sleeps through the night and fills up a lot of diapers with a lot of crap- true signs of a healthy baby or at least the filling of the diapers part.

If it weren't dinner time, I'd maybe write some more about the little dude, but alas, someone brought us dinner and it smells good.

I'll leave you with an activity to do:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn’t matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It’s actually pretty funny to see the responses.
