I must say I agree completely with your feelings about the HSC English flashbacks, I was prepared to bunker down and analyze a whole bunch of texts and destroy any sort of appreciation I might have for them, but thankfully as you said the course outline quickly proved us wrong, and I couldn't be happier.
Lit's gone from my "oh it'll make up the units for the year" subject to something I'm already looking forward to for the weeks ahead.
One last thing, I attempted to buy my books today from the bookshop co-op in Broadway(after seeing the queues on campus) but it was still horrendously crowded...lines out the door. Take your iPod, you'll be waiting a while =)"
