Thank to everyone for your condolences and support.

He went to the doctor's for prostrate surgery, an office procedure requiring only local anasthetic, layed down on the doctor's table and passed of a major heart attack before the procedure even began. I'm told it was quite quick. He was going strong until then, I spoke to him on the phone last Sunday, and he seemed fine.
