Who freaking CARES about the major similarities and differences between Russia's interaction with the West and Ming/Qing China with the West?
More importantly, who cares about it enough to compile a thirteen-page packet on it and assign an essay on it?!
Also, if somebody has the chapter 14 homework I'd really appreciate it if you could copy it for me and give it to me tomorrow
