(no subject)
Happy Valentine's Day everyone.
I have a few minutes of lunch left, so a few random notes:
- The weekend came and went. Nothing really exciting was going on except maybe that Tyler was in a mood where he was just dying to be with me. This is cool because he's quite a mamma's boy and usually wants to be with Ann. So we played with a water rocket he had- the kind that you put a little water in it and pump it with air. I think it's already broken though, it won't hold air. Then we played some games on his computer and a whole bunch of other things. Very nice! :)
- Things are going easier in the shop this week. We just got through an audit so everyone is in a better mood now that it's over. Since we are responsible for calibrating nearly every piece of equipment in the division the auditors spend a lot of time in our shop.
- I'm going to have to get under the house and see what's going on. Some of the doors seem to be off-center, so I think some of the shims have fallen out. Yeah, gotta love mobil homes. It's beats the hell out of the old dump, though.
- The house behind us has been up for sale pretty much since we moved into ours. They have someone that comes by every once in a while to clean, mow and just straighten up (the owners moved to New York). Saturday I noticed that this idiot piled a bunch of old brush over the property line into my place, so this next weekend I'm going to move it back for him and string a line or something to help him tell where the property line is. I mean, really, if the row of 8-inch diameter posts and the metal fence posts back there doesn't tell him anything...
