30% of Netflix Streaming Content Has Subtitles; 80% by End of 2011:
I complained just this weekend that Downton Abbey didn’t have subtitles when streamed over my TiVo. Netflix’s post doesn’t mention TiVo compatibility, so it may be a technology issue. It’s good to see that Netflix is working on this.

Of the 11 feature films and 26 TV seasons currently in my iTunes library, only one (Disney’s Alice in Wonderland (1951)) has subtitles.
