Yeah, and we'll see how long it takes for this obviously-shifty guy to engineer some reason to have me evicted. It enrages me that I need to allow him to get away with his horseshit-tier behaviour, but it would enrage me even more to find myself once more in a position where I need to constantly be afraid of being cast out of my home on the capricious whim of an asshole.
