My week off...
Hi everyone
First day back at work today so not best pleased - although by and large I had a great week off.
It all started with the aforementioned film competition, to which we await the final results with baited breath, although for me personally just completing the project was enough, I'm really proud of what we all managed to accomplish together.
Unfortunately ickle_snarfles couldn't take any time off, so the majority of my week was taken up spending time with various permutations of arminh,easytiger and jwhiskers_, and I had a really enjoyable time, even enjoyed going to Meadowhall, which was a first :).
On thursday night a chunk of the clan plus ickle_snarfles went bowling, we all met out there for a pizza then three games of shockingly mediocre play by me later we (well, arminh, easytiger, gourou, jwhiskers_ and I) headed back to jwhiskers_s flat to watch a bit of family guy and a couple of movies. Friday saw me heading over to Nottingham to visit my oldest friend, which was nice, as I'd not seen him in about six months.
Went to see "I, Robot" yesterday and was pleasantly suprised - it was in no way the festering rotten turd of a film that I was expecting - it was still pretty weak and generally pants, but was still a lot better than I figured it would be.
