Challenging thoughts?
Since we're not really doing Christmas this year (no tree, no gatherings, no gifts - well, a few gifts, for the kids mostly. The only exception was the nativity scene, set up in the stable my brother, sister and I built last year) I've ended up with a lot more time on my hands than I anticipated. Not a lot, but a lot more.
So... I made a few Christmas icons (GIP!) and I'm thinking about creating a fic challenge. I know I said I was trying to keep this journal free of fannish things, but;
Would anyone be interested in a Ten/Rose fic challenge based around That Casting Spoiler?
I'm thinking of doing something where I post a page or so of story as a prompt for someone to go away and complete. (And by someone, I mean lots of someones, so we end up with lots of versions that start with the same premise.) I don't know how popular this idea would be, though, since we might end up with lots of versions of the same story.
So, before I ask on a community and possibly make an arse out of myself... anybody have any thoughts?
