Question for any of my Aussie FListers-

Does anybody know how the ticketmaster pre-sales work? I signed up for an account so I could get pre-sale tickets for Matchbox 20 (don't ask), but I don't have the right code or... whatever?

Anybody know how it works or what I need to do?

I dunno about there, but here, sometimes with the way that presale works, you can only get presale tickets because it's a promo thing for some credit card company or something else. They give you the code and it gives you access to the presale tickets.

"If you're an American Express cardholder, you can get x tickets before anyone else in a special presale!"

That's the only reason that I could think of that they'd require you to have a special code.
